Standard delivery for bell tents and glamping accessories will take 2 - 3 days.However if you have ordered a bespoke item, the processing and delivery time may be longer. If you have ordered a product from one of our trade partners, your delivery details will be included in your order confirmation.

We use a third party courier service and you will be able to track your order with them. All of your delivery details will be included in your order confirmation, however, if something does not look right please get in touch with a member of our friendly team, who will help you with your delivery.

If your circumstances change and you will not be in at the specified delivery time you can change your delivery online or by calling the courier directly.

We do our best to get everything right first time, but from time to time there may be something about your order that isn’t correct.If this happens, please contact us on and we will rectify this for you as quickly as possible.

The warranty for our specially designed bell tents and bespoke products covers you for twelve months against any manufacturing defects. If you have ordered a tent through one of our trade partners the warranty policy may be different to that of The Vintage Tent Company, in which case the manufacturer's warranty can be found on their website.

Our bell tents are waterproof. They are made with the highest quality canvas which is then treated with a waterproofing agent. There might be a small leak with the first rain and this is normal as the thread is designed to expand in water and then creates a better fit in the future.

Unlike most bell tents available in today’s market, tents from The Vintage Tent Company Pro Bell Tents have a built in flue vent. This means you can safely light a wood burning stove in your tent without a buildup of toxic gases. We would recomend a carbon monoxide alarm as extra point of safety.
